How
do I open an account ?
On the summary
page > click on "open an account".
The general conditions and the presentation of the answer units
will be displayed.
> Choose the number of answer units or the annual
subscription formula (limited to 7000 answer units).
> Choose your means of payment :
- Online
order and payment
Secured SSL payment
The information given is protected and can only be read by our
secured server.
This information is used solely for the order made and is not
saved.
- Non-secured
payment
Certain old versions of browsers do not accept SSL.
If you order online the processing period will be from 24 to 72
H.
- Ordering
by post with a cheque
When your order and payment is received, we will credit your account
with the number of units ordered.
We will contact you to confirm the opening of your account (by
e-mail or fax).
If you are paying by cheque, please write it out to AKOUN,
and sent it to the following address :

> Type
in your personal details (all this information enables us to
identify you and find your account if necessary).
> Give
your e-mail address. Your e-mail address enables us to send
you your password and serves as an access login.
> Click
on the button : open an account

How
do I add units to my account ?
If you have
an account and wish to buy more answer units :
> Enter
your e-mail then your password in the top left of the screen and
then confirm (OK).
> Click then on the "Your account"
thumbnail which gives the details of your account.
At the bottom of the page you can find the options to manage your
account.
To add units :
> Click on "add units".
You will then only have to indicate the number of units required
and your means of payment.

have lost my password, what do I do ?

We will then be able to find the e-mail address and your password
quickly :
- Family name
- First name
(this information is important, since we can have several customers
with the same family name)
- E-mail address
(N.B. you may have changed your e-mail address, you must indicate
here the address used when you first became a member)
- Postal address
- Date you
opened your account

what do I do ?

This
message indicates that the e-mail address you have given has already
been used.
- If you have
already opened an account with this e-mail :
> Enter your e-mail then your password in the top left
of the screen and confirm(OK).
> Click next on the "Your account"
thumbnail which gives details on your account.
At the bottom of the page you will find the options for managing
your account.
To add units :
> Click on "add units".
You will then only have to indicate the number of units required
and your means of payment.
- If you do
not have an account, you will have to give a new e-mail address.

What
does an answer unit correspond to ?
|
To obtain a valuation,
you use an answer unit; corresponding to scarcely 1 euro centime if
you have taken out an annual subscription.
For other information such as biographies, records, partly illegible
signatures, please consult the "Your account" section.
The units ordered by unit do not have a use by date.

How
long does it take to process my order ?
- Ordering
units :
- For online orders with secured SSL payment, the units are immediately
credited to your account (on condition that your payment is valid).
- For online orders with non-secured payment, the processing period
is between 24 and 72 H.
- For orders made by cheque, your account will be credited as
soon as the cheque has been paid in.

can I have my answer units reimbursed ?
|
You have a seven
day period to ask for a reimbursement of your answer units, on condition
that you have not used any unit (for the purchase for which you
are asking for reimbursement).
To be reimbursed, please provide us with your complete personal
information and the date of your purchase.
